Our Services

Micheal Burt Enterprises provides leadership development and business coaching, including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, masterminds, live events, and keynote speaking. Specific programs may have their own agreements, which apply in addition to these Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

  1. Program description: Micheal Burt Enterprises sends text messages to people who opt in through our website form. Messages include replies to inquiries, coaching call and appointment reminders, event updates, and, if you opt in to marketing messages, information about our coaching programs, events, and offers.
  2. Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send "STOP," we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
  3. Help: If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (615) 866-8748.
  4. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Rates and frequency: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
